Chọn Configure trên integration zigbee và add device(danh sách devices)
Đối với các thiết bị khác(wifi, ir, bluetooth,...): Add integration và tìm tên hãng cung cấp của thiết bị đó và liên kết(HASS hỗ trợ hơn 10000 nhà cung cấp)
Automations
Settings -> Automations and Scenes
Create automation -> Start with an empty automation
Tùy theo nhu cầu, tình huống để thiết lập automation, scenes hay scripts

Thiết lập cho điều khiển hồng ngoại
Liên kết integration với điều khiển
Vào Developer tools -> Services
Chọn service Remote: Learn Command(dạy cho điều khiển lệnh cần thiết)

Command type(loại sóng): ir với hồng ngoại và rf với vô tuyến
Timeout(thời gian đợi tối đa cho đến khi điều khiển học được lệnh)

Chọn Call service
Lấy remote mặc định của thiết bị chỉ vào remote đang dạy rồi nhấn nút cần thiết(như ví dụ ở trên là nút power)
Nút Call server hiện tick xanh là okela
Thêm vào automation, scenes, scripts nếu cần với Action type là Call service, service là Remote: Send Command và config như đã thiết lập ở trên
